No you’re not stupid, because you knew not to keep using the problem.
And between your and Andrea’s soda examples, I’m learning diet news never reached the South, so I’ll keep that in mind and more sensitive. Some day a Northerener will explain to them that if you can SEE the fat, it’s a lot of fat. Until then I’ll leave them be.
