I can fit in an XL shirt but this is fat especially for a woman. Like I said I am in a bad place right now and I don't listen to the show so I can feel worse about myself then I already do. I am trying not to make any rash decisions but I think I'm going to cancel my VIP membership. Hey boo,
I'm here if you need to talk. I suggest reading "Intuitive Eating" by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. They do a good job of breaking down why dieting doesn't work and why gaining the weight back is to be expected. But they also explain a relatively new approach to eating that is showing a lot of promise. I also suggest the podcast "Food Psych". Its hosted by a registered dietitian and focuses on a combination of mental and physical health when it comes to eating and nutrition. I think today's episode may be perfect for you.
Don't let the idiots get you down. You have people in your corner. Don't hesitate to reach out.
