It is taught by this super duper awesome well known high up lifetime of nutrition research amaze balls woman who really knows her shit and (I'm vegan and all into eating my spice rack for health n shit) is supportive of "alternative" shit it it makes sense scientifically. I've NEVER understood nutrition in a basic sense (wtf is a protein And why do I gaf?)
