Drawing a picture of a penis as a signature on a credit card.
One of my first credit cards I signed "World's largest" and a picture of a penis.
It was the best setup ever and only worked once:
One day a cute cashier looked at it and said "World's largest...?"
I looked her dead in the eye and asked if she wanted to verify my signature.
