Janet released an album in 2015...she is still on world tour.
We can't measure her success and popularity by TV appearances cause she was blackballed from the mainstream.
Meanwhile Justin is free to film as many Woody Allen movies as he likes.
Also, Justin and Prince were not cool. They released diss records about each other and Prince was very clear in his dislike of Justin.
