Whitney is clearly addicted to over-eating. When her trainer points out that sugary drinks and fast food are the problem, she then cries and takes zero responsibility. She’s in denial.
The worst is how she blames the trainer. “It’s like he doesn’t even believe in me!” It’s sad cuz she’s just not accepting responsibility - or acknowledging facts
