Horse shit is basically undigested hay, oats etc. It wouldn't kill you if you eat it, ironically the enzymes and broken down matter may be beneficial to the gut bacteria. I wouldn't worry too much. Shit from a carnivore or omnivore would be much more harmful. ( I'm not a medical doctor 😂
