Well it just seems to me that getting your knickers in a twist over a toothbrush or coat is a great way to mess up a relationship before it even starts.
What's the worst that can happen? You're compatible and you live happily ever after, you have sex but nothing comes of it, she takes home her stuff or you chuck it out.
If this is about protecting your feelings then that's something you need to sort out. Why sleep with someone if you don't want some sort of relationship?
