i hate the beach. 1) can't swim. 2) jellyfish. 3) sand. 4) sitting in the open bare sun for no good goddamn reason. but, golly, does my sweet sugar love it. so we go. things i love? beach house livin'. backstreets full of interesting shops and venues. walking hand in hand under string lit bulbs and down small, palm-flanked footpaths. sitting under the moon. i love seeing him happy. it makes me happy.
none of this however applies to baseball games. AGAIN WITH THE SITTING IN THE OPEN BARE SUN. JUST SITTING! WHY?!?! NOTHING IS HAPPPEEEENNNNNIINNNG!!!! he's fine not sharing that experience with me. even our Gold Star Ace #1 Love can't make that bearable.
