There is a theory that evolution made boobs big on humans because we started walking upright so there needed to be prominent sexual stimulant in the front.
Walking on 4 legs makes the butt stick out and "advertise" - Think baboon butts.
Generally mammals don't have boobs all year round, they are only enlarged when actually feeding babies.
