Chemda said (kind of in passing, to be fair), that fluid bonding and raw-dogging are the same thing. In a sense they are, because both mean doin' it without condoms. But they are different:
"fluid bonding": there has been a conversation about taking condoms out of a relationship, honesty about STIs, maybe it's a sign of commitment and it's certainly a sign of trust. It's a stupid phrase but it does describe something nice.
"raw-dogging": impulsive, lack of foresight, maybe a one-night-stand, maybe in the context of a relationship, but there is an implication of danger. Bros high-five over raw-dogging, then get stuck with unwanted kids.
