Welcome to working in 99% of corporate America -- MANY people get away with the bare minimum to get the job done, SOME are super passionate and go out of their way to do 110% whenever possible.
The frustrating part is being a 110% person surrounded by 30%'s...
My go getter-ness DID land me an amazing job recently, and around here it's hard to get away with just barely doing your job, but some folks still get away with it...
