That's a silly statistic because duuuhhh of course

But ok let's take a guess:
- well take stock of all people alive right this minute.
- then we take out all younger than 16, all people that are already married, all people that will never marry
- from what's left of course at least the majority aka at least 50.000001% will have already met the person they will marry
- because most people are in a relationship for a few years before they get married so that covers a huge chunk
- and we are taking all ages above 16 here so that means the older you get you will have met a lot of people already at work, in college, on vacation, in your friendgroup
- which BTW has nothing to do with marrying somebody from your hometown so I don't know what that has to do with anything
