I’m not sure there is such a thing as a good breakup. Boundaries help. Consistency and respect for self and the other person (and the people involved in the relationship) are also helpful where the relationship was long-term.
But I also think that the fun of dating is having shortterm mini-relationships that sometimes result in chaos. Best way to learn about yourself is to put yourself out there
