I think that it's a boogie man the idea of women aborting risk free pregnancies at 39 weeks.At 35 weeks or more I think you just call it an elective c-section, aka birth.
I like this law because doctors don't have to play the bullshit game of "is this pregnancy enough of a risk to life or wellbeing to CYA if we authorize an abortion"
