Here’s what I wanna know. Is this a personal preference. Or is this the result of good parent nagging, “Start with meal, end with dessert?”.
For me, yes I would leave the sweet stuff for last.
It started with parents and now it's a personal preference.
Not saying this is good or bad, but it's a type of discipline. I will purposely not get the dessert out until I have finished with the rest of my food. Otherwise the meal doesn't feel complete. Also, eating something sweet first ruins my appetite and I don't feel like having any other kind of food. So it's just better for my diet to have the "healthier" food first.
