Not necessarily. Remember the assistant coach at penn state? He was raping kids left and right. A lot of chomos become coaches, mentors etc to present themselves as safe upstanding people, so when they start molesting they’ll tell the victims that no one will believe them and/or threaten to kill their family. As a parent you really have to watch out with who you trust.
