Setting up a very specific list of requirements - I wouldn't do that myself but it's perfectly fine and sounds like it's supposed to take pressure away from your partner so that's lovely.
Having a secret additional requirement that your loving partner should just magically know is also
the key ingredient for your happiness? That feels a little bit like trying to trick or set the partner up for failure.
