grew up in a foot washing Baptist church. on those Sundays that we did the thing, the church filled with the warm, slightly moist smell of old lady summer pantyhose feet. spent a lot of time sprinting out of the sanctuary, NOT MAKING EYE CONTACT WITH ANYONE, to play outside. then you get too old to play, so you hide in the bathroom.
