I love matzo ball soup. It makes no sense why my family eats it because there's no Jewish heritage in us that I'm aware of, but it's been a family tradition on my mom's side since forever.
I came here to say that it's vegetarian, but then it occurred to me that we may have just always made it vegetarian because my sister was a vegetarian. A quick google search says most places make it with chicken, so shows how much I know.
