I use the period app on my phone/iwatch because I'm super irregular.
I'm not dating anyone so I don't have the energy exchanges where a partner might pick up on changes but I'm so glad these apps exist because my cycle is always crazy off if you are doing the 28 day tracking > to the point I freak out like wait I have not had sex in 3 months, totally had my period since, but am I preggo????
Took the app a few months to figure out my cycle but now it's pretty spot on with it's prediction!
