I think it has to be a Chemda show. But maybe I just hope so!
It takes place in a small town and you meet lots of strange but somehow
realistic characters and they reappear in later episodes.
They have a town restaurant everyone goes to, the motel, the garage, the real estate agent,
and so on. You get used to the things and start feeling like you know the town.
