When someone takes our heart drug and in that time his feet grow a size or his fingernails get darker I have to report it even if the link to the drug is unlikely. If I dont do it and it comes out I would be in huge trouble.
The company has to do it to be safe and not to get sued.
Same with trials.
What is the name of the drug that makes your feet bigger? Asking for a friend.
