You just dont hear about them because no one cared before covid and because it doesn't fit to the very bad image of pharma.
Even with drugs on the market I have to report everything.
When someone takes our heart drug and in that time his feet grow a size or his fingernails get darker I have to report it even if the link to the drug is unlikely. If I dont do it and it comes out I would be in huge trouble.
The company has to do it to be safe and not to get sued.
Same with trials.
