Technical question:
Do you often pay rent in Person in the US? Or actively at all?

I only know the practice of monthly withdrawal from your account as a term in the contract? I think?
We also don’t actively pay the mortgage every month, it is taken from the account.
You can’t forget it but also can’t decide to pay later.

I think this is a very common practice here I’m not even sure if it is done otherwise?


Is this again some old- trimly thing like the odd check bussiness? ( you know I’m over 40 and I remember checks as being something very old fashioned all my life)
