So many in for murder actually only serve about 15 years I know someone who went to prison for dealing and had murderers come and get released while he couldnít get parole. Having said that I donít understand the point of your argument, crimes people commit are based on their mindset not the penalty for it. I donít think your going to find many murders who are like eh I should rape them first because if Iím going to kill them... I must be missing part of your point
