Today was therapy and it was good.
I realized that my compulsive thoughts try to prepare me for every situation especially in fields where I don’t feel so sure about myself. I try to think about everything that could go wrong and can’t let go. My brain micro manages. If I can one day trust myself that I will the right thing in the situation, i will be able to let the intrusive thoughts go.
Oh the brain.Endlessly fascinating.
