i am dumbfounded why East/West/Middle Tennesse is so mystifying. NYC has upper and lower Easts and Wests. it’s just geographically descriptive.
West Tennessee is Memphis. go there if you’re into Elvis.
Middle Tennessee houses Nashville; music and food.
East Tennessee has Knoxville and the Tri-Cities; mountains and car racing.
