Exactly. Like, it's a combo of Billy never stopping to consider how his partner might feel about his words/actions, and the clear addiction to dopamine and adrenaline from his risky sex practices and self destructive relationship patterns. It sounds absolutely exhausting.
I have a baby that refuses to nap and I was like "damn my life is so stress free and relaxing" after this episode.
