My personal tips on buying multiple real estate objects and pay them off:

Get into in industry that is very stressful but pays well. Have a partner with steady job that pays well.


Buy so early in your relationship ( after 3 years together in your early 30 ies) that you think its insane. Buy at a time when you think its expensive and have your house triple in worth in 11 years.
Be mad at yourself that you didn't Buy a bigger house with apartments to rent in it.
Be glad that your relationship is still good.

Repeat and involve your parents who move into your city. Be an only child. Your parents help you buy the second house you get for a very good price because you are from Poland and so are the sellers. Parents live there rent free in a flat rate situation. Force yourself to gratitude.
