Chemda is absolutely wrong for not caring about a cop having "pure evil" tattooed on his hands. Imagine every POC seeing those hands when they are already scared of police interactions. Just complete ignorance thinking it's not a big deal and then to compare it to a cartoon is just ridiculous.
