I sleep fairly well at night, and I rarely take naps. When I do, it's always for a set time, with an alarm. It's usually 20-30 min if I make a conscious effort to not have any distractions near me, including my phone.

I feel very refreshed after. Even laying down (not sleeping) for 10 min. makes a big difference if I'm feeling tired.

Regarding The Walking Dead: The zombies are slow but the show-runners made it so they literally pop up out of nowhere after a nice, happy scene amongst the survivors. I suppose that was the only way to make the zombies dangerous and unpredictable. There's not much logic to it. I read the comic books and enjoyed the show for a while, but stopped after the same stuff kept happening over and over again.
