Chemda, I’m not even vegan, I only manage 95% vegetarian, but they are better for the world.
To produce 1 calorie of meat you need 7-10 plant calories.
So the vegans eat directly the plant calories, the meat eater needs 7-10 the amount of farming ( water, energy, infrastructure) to produce his food. The animals need the farm products ( for example Soja) before they become food.
Sweet, sweet Math.
And as I said, I’m not even vegan, so I’m trustworthy.
