I called my girlfriends insurance to day went thru all the normal talk to a machine crap and it said it was transfering to an operator. I gave the phone to my girlfriend thinking i did my part. she gets on the phone and says its a robot i dont wanna talk until i get a live person. So i get on the phone and a person is there however he does sound a lot like a robot. was it human or robot i may never know
