I'm on Team McNally, but then again, I'm always on Team McNally.
I've never met Ayn, and I'm sure there are plenty of reasons to like her, but from what I heard on the aftershow, there is no way I could put up with her. I've walked away from relationships like that several times. If being yourself isn't good enough for somebody, then you're both wasting your time. Cut your losses and move on. You'll both wind up happier. Big Boobs FTW! |

oh my emmy -- how did you get so smart with this shit?!?!? you are right on on all points. I wish I had your wisdom when I was your age -- it took me until at least my 30's to get it.
god bless you emmy. |

mcnally i think you are right in this situation and overall I think you are a really good guy.
the insight (i think) comes when you get older because when I was a younger girl dating my now spouse and the men before him, I needed all sorts of validation. girls are mostly fucked up -- daddy complex's maybe or maybe something else -- i guess i can only speak for myself. but of course this a forum on the interwebs and you can be the only judge of you relationship. i wish you much luck and hope things work out.

I felt hurt that your original comment was so callous, and I'm sorry I brought it up. I do think you're acting socially inappropriately, and I don't understand why you're doing what you're doing. But I do apologize. It's just the internet, I shouldn't take it personally.

May I just say that although it's not wrong for McNally to feel defensive about his girlfriend being "attacked", he should expect this since he contributed in it becoming public.
Whenever I fought with my sister when we were little, my mom would say "Don't call each other names in public! It will make it ok for strangers to call you names!" And it's true. Albeit, spE is not a stranger to McNally, but she is just being honest. Anyone who knows spE should know that she's brutally honest, so either deal with it, or don't be friends with her... Being fake-nice to each other is what you do in high school to get cheap weed or rides from friends with cars, it's not what adults do. As an adult you can choose to be friends with those you like. So if you don't like tatoE anymore, McNally, then stop being friends with her. If you don't want to have other people attack your girlfriend, then don't attack her yourself in front of other people. Whatever. Y'all are sillygeese McGees. </3 |
