Halifax is good! I am in school all the goddamn time but I am going to see Sloan tonight and I've fallen in love with $20 brewtenders at Maxwell's Plum... I haven't seen any of the surrounding area (Peggy's Cove, etc.) so that's definitely on my list of things to do. I'm here for three years at least though, there's time.
Boo re:Hallowe'en! I imagine I will just end up at a bar somewhere, but I want to try and find one populated by like-minded Hallowe'en enthusiasts! I was thinking about going to Hal-Con but I'm only so much of a nerd... |

Man, this thread went nowhere slowly. Theoretically, fans of KATG should be the coolest people in Halifax. Certainly no one ever makes the connection when I wear a KATG shirt around town, which proves they're all uncool.
So my guess is that it's a problem of no one putting in the effort to set up a meeting. Even seeing as I'm normally not that social I'll still extent my place if anyone wants to get together and, what, drink and stuff? It's off Spring Garden and a cool bohemian place. I'm thinking this Sunday if anyone's interested. I'm curious to see who's up for this. Trit |
