I thought that the were lanes booked up weeks in advance and that's why we needed to book sooner rather than later. |

I seem to remember there being some bizarre arrangement about bookings, whereby emailing them didn't actually lead to a reservation, and that the easiest thing in the end was to turn up 2 or 3 hours before we wanted to play and book a couple of lanes. This was on a Friday night and we were fine.
EDIT: On Saturday you can only book for the afternoons up til 4, from then on you have to turn up and book. Friday is different, apparently. Last edited by Smitch; 05-20-2009 at 07:09 PM. |

I've fired off an E-mail this afternoon, we will see if they get back.
I've said about 18:00, 2 lanes. If we have too many people for two lanes I don't mind just drinking beer and heckling. You really don't need to see me bowling a sub 100 score and sulking. |

They didn't give me any indication of how to pay the £50 deposit so I will have to ask them. |

Since there's 12 of us, the games are going to be pretty slow going with everyone getting a turn. Would it be too much to book for 2 hours? Would mean we can pace ourselves & not have to rush.
Currently will be £5.80 each for 1 hour, 2 would be £11.60 (spot that complex mental arithmetic ). Cheers Matt for looking into that for us! |
