First of all, all you people are awesome, I'm loving the initiative that's being taken and how enthusiastic everybody is in setting up this weekend.

Now from what I've gathered we got acces to a total of 9 beds each night, 6 at lanfears and 3 at matts.

On friday night we got 8 people, that's an 30 pound empty bed:
Mr Matt
Babbling Bryan
Lanfear
Ed
Teddy Picker
Emelath
Archicat
Sam

On saturday night we got 9 people (no problems here):
Mr Matt
Babbling Bryan
Lanfear
Ed
Teddy Picker
Emelath
Archicat
Sam
Brenkin

On sunday night we got 7 people, possibly 6 (depends if matt stays), so that will be a max of 85 pounds on empty beds we need to account for.
Mr Matt
Babbling Bryan
Lanfear
Ed
Emelath
Archicat
Brenkin

So worst case, if matt only stays the friday and saturday, there'll be about 115 pounds worth of empty beds during the weekend. If we devide that up between the total of 9 people that's a bit less then 13 pound pp.

Just breaking it down.

BTW, Matt I'll join you up in the triple!

Hmm.. again thinking aloud. Maybe another idea is to just take the total costs of the triple plus the 6 room and devide that between us 9. The total is 705 pounds as you can see here:

Fri 26 Jun 09 1x Private (6 beds) 6 GBP 25.00 GBP 150.00
Fri 26 Jun 09 1x Private Triple 3 GBP 30.00 GBP 90.00
Sat 27 Jun 09 1x Private (6 beds) 6 GBP 25.00 GBP 150.00
Sat 27 Jun 09 1x Private Triple 3 GBP 30.00 GBP 90.00
Sun 28 Jun 09 1x Private (6 beds) 6 GBP 25.00 GBP 150.00
Sun 28 Jun 09 1x Private Triple 3 GBP 25.00 GBP 75.00
Total GBP 705.00

This would be 78 pounds pp which seems pretty reasonable to me.

£78 sounds good, I'll drop into whoever's room has an open space after you've all picked because I don't really mind.

Great! I'll put you in.

Friday
Me
Babbling Bryan
(Empty Slot £30)

Saturday
Me
Babbling Bryan
(Empty Slot £30)

Sunday
Me (possibly)
Babbling Bryan
(Empty Slot £25)

Although if there is only 6 on Sunday I might try and cancel the last night to save money but I'm quite hopeful I will be there.

On a separate note if we did want to split to cost between all it would be better to do it on a night by night basis.

i.e
Fri £240 by 8 = £30
Sat £240 by 9 = £26.67
Sun £225 by 7 = £32.15
(all figures rounded up)

So the 6 "3 nighters" pay, £88.82
Sam and Maddie pay, £56.67
Brenkin pays, £58.82

its just an idea.

All this money talk is getting a bit boring, we should be planning fun things.

We should plan another Pub crawl!

Do we want to do it Friday night or all day Saturday?
Plus Pub suggestions do we revisit places from last time or go somewhere new.

Okay, money-wise that works out perfectly for me and now I'll have some cash to party!

Another pubcrawl for sure!! I vote Saturday night, Ed had some ideas for doing something around Camden which could end up being a lot of fun.

Oh, and we've got to hit up the Intrepid Fox for ol' times sake!

Fun stuff

This is always worth a shout, and what better form of group bonding is there than a bit of bowling, drunken or otherwise?

Bloomsbury 10 pin Bowling Lanes and Bar London

It's just round the corner from Oxford Street on Russell Square, not far for the Generator lot. It's slightly more expensive than your average alley, but definitely worth it. A fun start or end to an evening, and they even have karaoke...!

Can't find anywhere with a Rock Band set-up is London as of yet, although it's proving on impossible to search for on google.

Bowling sounds fun, pretending to play guitar? Not so much.

I'd be up for that too, sounds like it could be good craic. Just depends what other people fancy.

I just sent an email to Keith and Chemda with a few details, hopefully we'll get it announced on the show and get more people in on this!

I've just been informed that The Generator is just off Russell Sq, which is also where Bloomsbury bowling is. The Interpid Fox is just down the road near Tottenham Ct Rd tube, and there's also a few nice and and cheap Samuel Smith's pubs in the area. So we can start one evening in style with some 50s-themed bowling before heading elsewhere, if everyone else agrees.
