Questions:

Brother Love,
My wife keeps starting projects around the house that she is not good at and does half-ass and waits for me to swoop in to not only finish it but fix her mistakes.

Every time she says she wants to "fix" something, paint, or any kind of home project, I tell her that I don't want to take it on because I don't want to spend my time on it when I get home and we can't afford to hire someone.

All of these jobs are ridiculous. She calls them improvements but they are costly, time-consuming, and unnecessary.

She always says "don't worry... *I* will do all the work" but she never does. And it becomes a mess that I have to pick up after.

It's pissing me off but she doesn't stop. It's not like she's a kid. I can't make her stop but how do I reason with her if it doesn't seem like she's listening?!

I've been having trouble on first dates because I really can't stand small talk and it seems to be a requirement when trying to get to know someone without making them feel like you're invading their personal space.

Is this protocol? Is it the only way to date? Can I avoid it on future dates? How?

Fantastic Pick of the Week tip with Kink Ador Brolo. I was bassing it up with these guys just this morning after the clip you played. Just about every music tip you put out there is gold.

I have a question for next week, that I'm hoping you might discuss.

Do you, as an uber talented artist, have periods of creative difficulty where you just can't overcome 'writer's block'?

I imagine the phenomenon is similar for musicians as it is for writers but I'm interested to know if it is indeed something shared.

What strategies do you employ to overcome these periods of creativity blocks and is any one more effective than another?
