Really enjoyed this ep. I had no idea there were Urban Shamans in NYC. All the stories I hear involve travels to South America. It was especially interesting listening to those, (uninitiated/ unfamiliar) respond to Myq's story. "You weren't scared of arrest?" etc

You forget the impact of conformity and social norms. It really does have a control on your perception. It makes me realize the difficulty in convincing fellow Americans the importance of freedom to explore differing states of conscious. We're still feeling impact of antiquated/ mis-informed Drug War.
