Loving the episode so far and wanted to chime in about the secretly smoking Dad and false teeth grandparents with a similar-ish story.

When my Dad was rushed to ICU nearly 6 years go, he was put into an induced coma (great way to start a story right?! He dies in the end so don't get your hopes up). My siblings and I all went into see him and noticed that something was different in his mouth, besides all the tubes coming out of it... he had NO teeth at the top of his mouth.

We asked our Mom about it and it turns out that he'd had false teeth his ENTIRE ADULT LIFE and never told his kids about it. He'd had lots of chipped teeth thanks to playing hurling during his youth and had them all replaced with a set of false ones.

I was 30 at the time so that was 30 solid years of keeping that secret. You'd think you'd notice something in that time but no, he kept that secret very well.

I'll continue listening now...
