Our beloved John F. O'Donnell will be debuting his Flavor of the Month series: Take Your Pills Psychopath in December! John will be talking about his journey fighting bipolar disorder and would love to start creating a community around it. JFOD, I struggle with depression, anxiety, and I think I am probably undiagnosed bipolar 2. Does it feel hard? Do you wish you were "normal"? What is "normal"? Would love to hear you talk about it.
