While listening to this episode I couldn't figure out who Lauren's voice reminded me of. Sorry to say it turns out it was Dane Cook. She sounds like the female version of Cook when he's just talking. And that some saliva hanging out in the mouth sound.

My sentiments exactly. I loved that story because I could relate to it. I have no respect for employers who are more concerned with wanting to look good and be cool, and don't have the balls to be honest with you and treat you like you all of a sudden started fucking up.

Otherwise, I am just meh when it comes to Lauren as a guest. I don't really care for the energy she contributes to the show, like the chemistry feels forced. However, I love how every now and then I can hear the Hawaiian pidgin accent creeping into her voice. Takes me home again.
