On Avatar: i am completely with Keith. Seriously, that thing was hyped so much i am sure i wont like that.

They're saying it will "Change the way we look at movies" (direct quote from one of the nerd reviews on the internet). Pleaaaase. "My bloody valentine 3d" changed the way we look at mvies, with 3d tits and gore. Who cares about giant smurfs?

James Cameron has always been way ahead of the rest of us, it usually takes awhile for us to figure that out. By no means does that mean Avatar will be good, or even watchable, but to discount the idea that it's going to change things is just as ridiculous as those reviews are.

And, if it turns out it doesn't change anything, I'll just assume my eyes haven't evolved enough yet to appreciate it.

Invictus is about Rugby, not soccer. That fact does not make it any less horrendous.

But i wont see it, at least not in the theater (and please dont start the "movies like that must be seen in theatres. I saw watchmen in a theatre and i didnt like it at all,

Meh, I'd rather have an at least alright movie to watch than a shitty looking one with 3D tits and gore.
