Not that it matters but the whole movie is a fuck you to William Randolph hearst, but in the end it's about the main character, Kane. When everything is wrapped up it shows that nothing else mattered, not the wealth, not the ladies, not the power, it was the simple life that was important

Most of the movies he likes are pretty good.

Seems like 70% of the people who voted, don't like movies enough to tell what movies are good.

Dude, I know. But this is a plot hole that would ruin a movie for Keith. Yet it didn't. I don't get it.

I have to say, the first time Chris Iacono was on, I wasn't really impressed. This time he was an EXCELLENT guest, and I could see him becoming on par with a Liam or Adam if he continues to appear on the show.

I wouldn't say Keith hates movies, but he definitely is not a fan of the art form that is cinema. A movie has a lot of different aspects to it, and Keith's taste is so that he can't just look at one aspect on it's own. The movie as a whole has to land on him or it doesn't, and that's fine. Everyone has it's own tast.

Some people can like a song just for it's lyrics, another person can like it just for the feel, and another needs both musical and lyrical aspects to be perfect to like a song.

What's ridiculous to me is that while Keith is shouting so loudly about the movie snobs that can't respect his opinions, he doesn't respect people enjoying movies even though they see the flaws too. Because if you say "The movie was flawed but it had great character development and cinematography" you're 'fooling yourself' and 'making excuses'.

To me movies are not as black and white as Keith sees them.

And I shit on Avatar.

Now this is totally true. I love Keith but i never understood why he has to call me an idiot if i like somehting he hates.

I don't think he has issue with people accepting plot holes and a certain amount of unrealistic situations with movies. It's the people who will just refuse to believe they are there or try to explain or defend the problems.

If i like a movie enough, i dont give a shit about plot flaws or unrealistic situations. You can point them out for hours and i still wouldnt give a shit. If that makes me an idiot, good.

just because the reporter does not hear it does not mean you don't hear it, even if the reporter did hear it it doesn't really change what it says about Kane and his life, that does not make it a plot hole

Ok, you win. It's not a plot hole if the entirety of a film rests on finding out what the last word of a dying man means. Especially when there is nobody there to hear what that dying word is.
