Well, when Keith calls you out...twice...I guess you have no choice but to nut up. If anyone needs me I'll be in the kitchen whipping up some humble pie.
*sigh* You'd think I'd learn by now to just keep my fucking mouth shut and not get myself into these situations. I Can't Lose to a Retard!.mp3 |

Oh, man.
Still havent heard your first submission but this one... Well, where are the jokes? Even the retard one at the end was bad. And i'm not talking as a comedy expert, it was just painful.... You should work on your jokes. I guess you have the attitude and the balls, but being comedy something that's based on laughter... Eh... Well i hope that with the perspective i gave you with my first post and the eventual re-judging of this new entry by Keith and Chemda, you'll be set for reinventing your comedic chops. Ok?

Well fuck me.
These next few days are not going to be pretty on my end. I guess I have to hope that "I'm under 25 and still at least 37.5% retarded and I was typing before I had my morning coffee" will fly as an excuse. No? Shit. Anyone want cookies? |

The worst part for me was the delivery. Like you were reciting a speach. It's one thing to memorize your set, it's another to make it sound like your talking to me rather then at me. Even if you had funny jokes, it would have sounded off.

Yikes, I haven't heard the episode yet, but I've heard the standup submission. I'm beginning to think the episode isn't out yet just to protect me from this submission. Particularly your retard impression at the end. Yeesh.
Ok, that's a little harsh, and I'm sure I would be a really shitty standup comic too. But I'm not trying to be a comedian. I'm just trying to be Awesome. AND I'M SUCCEEDING FANTASTICALLY! That's my advice to you: You should try to succeed fantastically, rather than audition poorly, and presumably wildly unsuccessfully. And look - I hit my adverb count for the day! Huzzah! |

Maybe songwriting? Oh, right. I tried it recently and sucked at that too. Stuck-up voice-overs, you say? Anyone know a place? |
