what happened at around 30:50? the energy on this show was a little strange from the beginning and then "you don't understand how big new this is"

I hope that everything is alright and I'm just being overly sensitive.

my boyfriend couldn't get into the military because his eye sight is too bad.
he's 6'3 and 160ish lbs. its not only the fatties they're saying no to.
