I'm excited as a nun's to hear this episode, just because of the title. One of my favourite and most hilarious things Keith does is when he'll say something Chemda thinks is over the line and Chemda will exclaim (and you can hear by her voice that her eyes are wide), "KEITH!!!". And Keith will really quickly and with perfectly feigned innocence go, "Huh?"

I love that every single time.

People in customer service have been AMAZING to us volcano strandees. Some things that have happened: full refunds, waving cancellation policies, pharmacists offering 10 day refills for free, free flowers, free drinks, and free deserts.

Although the event has been crazy customer service has been great. Credit card companies are waving late fees for us military overseas because we can't get our mail on time because of the volcano.

Same here. It's not even a "huh?", more like a "haah?". I unconsciously started doing it too

That is pretty sweet.
So all that needs to happen for the good old days of customers being respected, is for the earth to vomit fire and gas into the air for an extended period of time!

Maybe a company should start providing THAT service.
(Imagine what THEIR customer service would be like!)
