Keith Malley knows Live Through This and likes it!? That is so awesome! I was delaying listening to the new Hole album because I wasn't sure what to expect but now I'm going to check it out for sure.

I know Matt B knows everything, but....

"For any lawful contact made by a law enforcement official or a law enforcement agency…where reasonable suspicion exists that the person is an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States, a reasonable attempt shall be made, when practicable, to determine the immigration status of the person…"

"That means the officer is already engaged in some detention of an individual because he's violated some other law," says Kris Kobach, a University of Missouri Kansas City Law School professor who helped draft the measure. "The most likely context where this law would come into play is a traffic stop."

As far as "reasonable suspicion" is concerned, there is a great deal of case law dealing with the idea, but in immigration matters, it means a combination of circumstances that, taken together, cause the officer to suspect lawbreaking. It's not race -- Arizona's new law specifically says race and ethnicity cannot be the sole factors in determining a reasonable suspicion.

There's not even a vague hint of sexyness in it. Just pain and suffering. So if anyone jerked off to that it would mean they're sickos or japanese.
That reminds me of another French film with a long, graphic rape scene: "Baise Moi". Starring French porn stars and in the end the girls go on a massive killing spree. I'd liken it to Irreversible meets Thelma and Louise.

Oh yes, because we all know that no cops pull over black people on bullshit pretenses in the hopes that they will get a bigger bust out of the traffic stop. You are either hopelessly naive or simply lying if you actually think that this law will not result in outright profiling of Hispanics.

Arizona is also pushing through a law that teachers with accents will be booted out of the classrooms because they are bad influences on students. The examples given were "they pronounce 'think' as 'tink." Oh no, there is absolutely no profiling of Hispanics going on in Arizona, no way!

Phoenix being the second most likely city in the world to be kidnapped - the drugs - the killing - the drain on the system.... naw they're just racist.

Your argument is an argument that Matt B could have made if he knew what he was talking about.

The separate teacher issue aside... (which is odd to say the least)

Cracked up when the Gov. said, "Budta." Only in America... I don't trust people who can't pronounce simple words right. LOL! BTW, though English isn't OFFICIAL (I stand corrected), their are a few things to know...

English is a Mother Language of America with 80% in population using it.
A Select few states use English as a de facto. Usually two languages only.
Next to last... Territories use English about 20% of the time.

& I thought Ashton stopped Twitter... Hmm...

I went to a boyscouts meeting with my 11yr old nephew. Whoo! There was all kinds of Jesus-sus-sus every time I turned around. I use to be in boyscouts. And I don't remember God being in boyscouts.
Does anyone remember when Video Games use to be evil? And Reagan made a public statement about how Video Games can help give simple tools as to how to later on in life fly jets. (or whatevs.)
I remember learning Basic. :/ Didn't get a badge... I feel ripped off. Damn it boyscouts...

Yeah, i saw that one. More graphic, meaning that you actually saw genitals and pentration.

Personally, even after the rape, i couldnt get on the girls' side, mostly because they were violent towards people who had nothing to do with the violence they were submitted to (example: the woman at the cash dispenser). They were supposed to be those hardcore feminist characters and they looked more like psycho bitches. It's weird if you consider that both the girls were real life pornstars with a frightening past and one actually killed herself.

By the way... "Irreversible", "Baise moi", and "Martyrs". French people compete with japanese for the sickest people on earth.

ADD: Was this Brodeur the same Brodeur that Keith almost became friends with, out of niceness? It's fuckin' scary what a bullett he doged. Keith's too approachable and polite... Jeez.

While there is no Federally mandated language in the US, most individual States have an official language. Alabama's happens to be English.

Sorry, I know this is the Rush-bashing episode, but I have to say it. Neil Peart's name isn't pronounced "pert" like the shampoo. It's pronounced "peert". Hearing Matt butcher it a couple dozen times in the episode was like nails on a chalkboard. Chemda can probably sympathize with someone mispronouncing their name over and over again.

Oh, and I never got into Dungeons and Dragons. I tried to in middle school, but the dungeonmaster didn't like letting new kids into the game and would just kill my character in the first five minutes every time. You know what that kid's name was? Ian. Hand to God.
