You would think for a man with skin cancer John McCain would understand why there is a tax on tanning beds. Hopefully whichever intern tweeter that for him (man can't work a computer, don't think he's tweeting) was fired.

The similarities between Stanhope and Keet are astounding - they should totally watch a bunch of TV shows and movies together - excerpts could be a whole KATG TV show. They're like bruthas from anotha mutha. I want more KATG/Stanhope interaction!

I think Doug has a lot in common with Mr Malley, but the huge difference between them is that Doug is a lot more jaded and seems to lack the hearty good nature that keith has (and hides behind a shield of jokes). And Doug is much more prone to pessimistic self destruction, where keith is very much a life loving guy (yes he drinks cause he likes it, but he's not the type who drops xanax daily).

But yeah i would love those two to become Buddies. Just picture Brolo geting in the equation, hugging doug and screaming "OOOOOW! I LOVE YOU MAAAN!" in his ear. I'm welling up at the mere thought....

Brilliant show, the story and the track at the end were excellent. Stanhope's response to the letter was genius.

The bit about the tow trucks and the repomen was inspired. I'm going to use that as a personal mantra.

I'd love a TV show where Doug and BroLo are neighbours. I don't know if they'd be buddies but the interactions would probably be gold.

Just saw this on Encyclopedia Dramatica:

"Oh, you're agnostic? You think there could be a Batman, you're just not sure?" - Doug Stanhope

PS, this show isn't being listed under Doug Stanhope in katg.com/guests
