72% of people have NEVER worked in a fast food?

Spoiled brats.

By the way Mike was an hilarious guest. Nice new guests, lately.

HEY! I've been in the bar/restaurant biz for WAY too long. Just cos I have the tiniest bit of self-respect...

sheesh!

Edit: I voted no on the poll....only worked places that served booze.

I was having flashbacks at the recounting of fastfood bullshit of this show. I worked fastfood throughout highschool and 2 years afterwards, with waiterjobs and manual labor bullshit inbetween. The shit that would go on in fast food was by far the most fucked up and absurd, old men working 40 hours off the clock so they could be promoted as managers, working within a 5 foot cubby of a drivethrough window a 350 lb sassy woman, the fucking hats that never quite fit properly and are handed from employee to employee with no regard for their bathing patterns. I don't know if it gets much worse. I would honest to god rather work cleaning fecal matter all day than fast food. Come to think of it, I recall people shitting in urinals on more than one occasion and me having to clean it up, at least then I'd have some sort of respirator.

Sidenote on g4: a lot of it is bullshit but Adam Sessler should be given some props, dude knows videogames.

I worked at a grocery store. Different service industry.

I thought I was a nerd. After listening to this guy reference things that I've never heard of, I realized that I'm not really a nerd. Well, I don't know a lot about comics.

Definitely one of the best new guests on the show.

And yeah, I was a geeky kid in school--but, it helps when you don't give a fuck about one's social standards and you end up getting with a group of friends that are both geekier and more charismatic than you. So by the end of high school I pretty much knew people in all the cliques and shit while still being up-front about what I love (without being an asshole, I'd like to think).

It's weird how people have decided what makes one a nerd and what doesnt.

If you know about comic books or Star Wars you're a nerd but if you know every single stats from the Yankees, you arent.

i think if you know episode titles of shows familar with multiple orgin stories to multiple fictional charecters and have as much knowledge of fictional history as you do real history then your a geek/nerd. if you cannot do these things your just a normal person with quirks
